All purchases are final. No refunds.
All credit purchases are digital and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Ask Rumi are final and non-refundable. All credit purchases are digital services delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital services are consumed immediately and cannot be returned, Dada Group LLC does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges for any credit purchases.
No Refunds
We do not provide refunds for:
- Unused credits
- Partially used credit packs
- Credits purchased in error
- Credits on accounts that have been suspended or terminated
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses
- Change of mind after purchase
Credits Have No Cash Value
Unused credits have no cash value. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be:
- Redeemed for cash or cash equivalents
- Transferred to another account
- Sold or traded
- Applied to future purchases
Unused Credits
Unused credits remain available in your account indefinitely. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
Technical Issues
If you experience a confirmed technical issue where you were charged but credits were not delivered, please contact us at support@rumi.blog within 7 days of the issue. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may issue a credit correction.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider, Dada Group LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution of the dispute.
