By accessing or using Ask Rumi ("the Service"), operated by Dada Group LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Ask Rumi is an AI-powered spiritual reflection tool designed to support personal contemplation and inner exploration.

Ask Rumi is NOT:

• Therapy or psychotherapy
• Psychological counselling or mental health treatment
• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Legal advice or legal services
• Financial advice or investment guidance
• Crisis support or emergency services
• A substitute for any licensed professional

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

All responses generated by Ask Rumi are produced by artificial intelligence. Dada Group LLC makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and should not be relied upon for important life decisions.

4. No Guarantee of Availability or Uptime

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." Dada Group LLC makes no guarantee of availability, uptime, or uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any interruption, downtime, or unavailability of the Service.

5. No Liability for Decisions

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DADA GROUP LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DECISIONS MADE, ACTIONS TAKEN, OR OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. YOU USE THE SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

6. Credits System

Ask Rumi uses a credits system to access reflection features:

• New users receive 5 complimentary credits upon account creation
• Each completed reflection costs 1 credit
• Additional credits may be purchased through the Service
• Credits never expire while your account remains active
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Digital services are non-refundable
• Dada Group LLC reserves the right to modify credit pricing at any time

7. Referral Program

Users may earn 5 bonus credits by referring new users who successfully create an account. New users receive 5 welcome credits upon signup. Referral credits are awarded automatically when a genuinely new account is created using your referral link.

Dada Group LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time and to reverse credits obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or self-referral activity.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Dada Group LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Abusive, fraudulent, or harmful use of the Service
• Attempts to manipulate the referral or credits system
• Any conduct that Dada Group LLC deems inappropriate

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits will be forfeited upon account termination for cause.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the Ask Rumi brand — are the exclusive property of Dada Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Dada Group LLC retains all platform rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. User Content License

By submitting content to the Service — including questions, prompts, reflections, AI-generated responses, excerpts, summaries, feedback, comments, and other content — you grant Dada Group LLC and Ask Rumi a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to store, process, analyze, reproduce, modify, adapt, summarize, transform, display, publish, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise use such content in connection with the operation, improvement, and promotion of the Service.

This license expressly permits use of submitted content within the following features and contexts, whether now existing or developed in the future:

• Wisdom Library and Reflection Collections
• Featured Reflections and Public Reflection Archives
• Social Media Content and Social Automation
• Quote Cards and Promotional Materials
• Educational Content and Platform Features
• Future Ask Rumi platform features and experiences

By submitting content to the Service, you acknowledge and agree that such content may be stored, processed, analyzed, modified, summarized, anonymized, transformed, displayed, published, distributed, and incorporated into other content, features, collections, archives, derivative works, marketing materials, and functionality of the Service.

Users are solely responsible for the content they choose to submit. Users should not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, personal, or identifying information they do not wish to be stored, processed, analyzed, displayed, published, or otherwise used by the Service.

Dada Group LLC may, but is not obligated to, remove, redact, anonymize, summarize, edit, or transform submitted content prior to its use within the Service.

Nothing in these Terms shall require Dada Group LLC or Ask Rumi to obtain additional consent for the use of submitted content as authorized under these Terms.

Users retain ownership of their original submissions. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Dada Group LLC.

If you delete your account, Dada Group LLC may retain and continue using anonymized, aggregated, transformed, derivative, archived, or previously published content where legally permitted, including content that has already been incorporated into platform features, collections, or published materials prior to account deletion.

11. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All decisions you make based on content from the Service
• Seeking appropriate professional help when needed
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• The content you choose to submit through the Service

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

Dada Group LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes. If we update the Terms or Privacy Policy, users may be required to re-accept the updated versions before continuing to use the Service.
