Belonging
“Wherever you are, and whatever you do, be in love.”

Not everyone is your people. This is not a judgment — it is a fact of human diversity. Some people will understand you immediately. Others will never quite get it. And that is fine.
The mistake is trying to belong everywhere. Trying to make yourself legible to everyone. Shrinking and expanding and reshaping yourself to fit each new context.
Your people are out there. They are the ones who make you feel more like yourself, not less. The ones around whom you do not have to explain yourself. The ones who laugh at the same things, who feel the same weight, who are moved by the same beauty.
You may have to search for them. You may have to be patient. But they exist.
