Fear
“You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.”

“In the garden of your heart, there is a truth that outshines the shadows of doubt: you are enough, as the sun is enough for the day.”
Beneath most of the fears we carry is a single, foundational fear: that we are not enough. Not smart enough, not talented enough, not lovable enough, not worthy enough.
This fear is almost universal. It does not discriminate by achievement or status. The most accomplished people often carry it most acutely — because they have built their lives around proving it wrong, and the proving never quite works.
The fear of not being enough cannot be solved by doing more, achieving more, or becoming more impressive. It can only be addressed at its root — by questioning the premise. By asking: enough for what? Enough by whose standard? And who decided that standard was true?
You were not born insufficient. You were born human. Those are not the same thing.
