Love
“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”

“Let go of the rope that binds your soul; in the freedom, you will find yourself.”
The deepest love holds lightly. It does not grip. It does not demand. It does not try to make the beloved into something fixed and permanent, because it understands that the beloved is a living thing — always becoming, always changing.
Attachment that grips is not love — it is fear wearing love's face. It is the terror of loss masquerading as devotion. And it suffocates the very thing it is trying to hold.
Real love creates space. It says: I want you to be fully yourself, even if that self is sometimes inconvenient for me. I want you to grow, even if your growth takes you somewhere I cannot follow.
This is the hardest love to practice. And it is the only love that allows another person to truly flourish.
