Devotion as a Daily Practice

“Love is the bridge between you and everything.”

We speak of love as though it were a feeling that either exists or does not. But the deepest love is not primarily a feeling — it is a practice. It is the daily choice to show up, to pay attention, to prioritize.

Devotion is love made concrete. It is the cup of tea made without being asked. The question asked with genuine curiosity. The presence offered without distraction. The willingness to stay when staying is difficult.
