Trusting the Process

There are seasons in life when nothing seems to be happening. When the effort you are putting in is not producing visible results. When you cannot see the shape of what is being built.

These seasons are not empty. They are necessary.

The seed does not know it is becoming a tree. The caterpillar does not know it is becoming a butterfly. The long, dark period of transformation is not a failure of the process — it is the process.

Trusting the process means staying with the work even when you cannot see the outcome. It means believing that what you are doing matters even when the evidence is not yet visible. It means tolerating uncertainty without abandoning effort.
